Stainless steel embossed sheets are practical and decorative metal sheets, widely used for their corrosion resistance, easy cleaning and strong three-dimensional effect. Their production is precise, with each step affecting quality.
The production mainly has two core processes. First, raw materials (201, 304, 316 stainless steel) are selected by application: 201 for indoor decoration, 304/316 for outdoor/humid areas. After strict inspection, sheets are flattened and trimmed to prepare for embossing.
The core embossing includes coil and sheet stamping. Coil embossing uses rolls to form 20-30 micron deep patterns; sheet stamping presses 2B sheets (brushed/mirrored first) into complex patterns, with thickness ≤1.2mm. After embossing, sheets are polished, colored, passivated or anti-fingerprinted, then inspected and packaged.
They are applied in construction (hotel walls, ceilings, elevators), home furnishing (kitchen/bathroom parts, anti-slip), industry (food/chemical workshops, control cabinets) and public facilities (bus stops, park benches), combining function and beauty.
